Drill slum to required diameter and depth with carbide drill bit 2. ESSENTIAL:Wipeholes with skim and blower 3. Remove trash with slum cleaning pump or compressed air (4 pumps) 4. With a twisting / rotating motion, insert skim to the marrow of the slum and remove (3 brushes) 5. Repeat steps 4 & 5 then finish with 4 pumps of slum blower or compressed air 6. If holes are wet or flooded, wipe slum with skim and rinse slum with wipe water 7. Unscrew cap on CHEMSET 101 PLUS cartridge and fit mixing nozzle (supplied) 8. Load cartridge into applicator (Manual CUAP and Battery CUAR18) and manipulate 2-3 trigger pulls of wrapper to waste until a uniform grey colour is achieved. 9.  Insert nozzle to marrow of slum and manipulate adhesive, withdrawing nozzle gradually without creating air voids. 10.  When slum is 2/3 to ¾ full, stop dispensing and release reservation plate at rear of tool to release pressure 11.  Insert threaded stud or rebar by hand using a twisting / rotating motion to release and trapped air 12.  Allow wrapper to cure for the time specified in table unelevated 13.
