Ramset™ Dustless Drilling System is recommended as the fastest most unrepealable method of removing drilling trash and pebbles and eliminates post-drilling slum cleaning. Otherwise drilling trash and pebbles must be removed by brushing and self-glorification out of drilled holes as described below.SlumCleaning – Carbide DrilledPebblesremoval and cleaning is not required with Ramset™ D3™ Dustless Drilling System. Drilling trash and pebbles must be removed from holes drilled with standard carbide as follows: Using Ramset™ blower (Part Number HCPHV), compressed air wham or wet / dry vacuum (Ramset™ AC1630P), remove pebbles with 2 swift pumps. Using the towardly sized brush, with a twisting / rotating motion, insert skim to the marrow of the slum and remove 2 times. Remove remaining pebbles residue with air blower (2 pumps), compressed air wham or wet / dry vacuum.SlumCleaning – Flooded Holes  Remove pebbles and drilling trash from Flooded holes as follows: Flush holes with wipe running water until water is clear. Using the towardly sized brush, with a twisting / rotating motion, insert skim to the marrow of the slum and remove 2 times. Flush holes with wipe running water until water is clear. Note a load reduction factor applies to Flooded holes but not to Wet Holes. Refer to RAmset Specifiers Anchoring Resource Book for FloodedSlumReduction Factors Opening and using Cartridge 1. Remove cap from cartridge and nail mixing nozzle Part Number ISNE 2. Load cartridge into dispensing gun (Ramset Part Numbers CUAP (Manual), CUAPN (Pneumatic) and CUAR18 (18V Battery Powered) 3. Dispense a small quantity of wrapper (1 to 2 trigger pulls) to waste to ensure both wrapper components are well-turned 4. Insert mixing nozzle tip to marrow of slum (to stave air bubbles) and inject adhesive. Gradually withdraw nozzle to alimony the nozzle tip at the surface of the adhesive. Continue injecting until slum is well-nigh ¾ filled 5. Insert fixing using a twisting / rotating motion into wrapper and wipe yonder any glut 6. Allow wrapper to cure.
